I bought two of these to use inside of a large closet. Assembly took about two hours each. Both were missing parts and one had misdrilled holes and was missing the back. the cabinets appear to be a thin veneer of soft wood over some sort of pressed board base. The doors appear to be solid wood. Overall they were over priced for what you get. Its decent box furniture but not great and not what I expected. I replaced the missing back with 1/4 plywood and stained it to match. I don't recommend buying this furniture. I feel you could do much better in a department store both in quality and price. I did not attempt to contact the manufacturer, seller, or Amazon regarding the missing parts so I can't comment on what they might have done to correct the problems. I will probably donate them and purchase replacements at some point in the near future.

This is the worst product I have ever bought. The company Storkcraft took forever sending me a damaged shelf, then once put together, the doors & drawers didn't fit right. We then noticed the wood was warped. Didn't send back, just kept, but not very happy about this product.

I bought this cherry cupboard/dresser and was happy with the color of the wood. But when I got the MANY parts laid out on the floor, there were no instructions.
A few days later, they did email me the 5 pages of instructions. We almost had it all put together and found that the 3 drawer bottoms were an inch shorter than they
should be. I emailed them again and today they sent 3 more of the SAME SHORT bottoms. I give up. I'll go to the lumberyard and make the bottoms myself. But I can
guarantee you I will never ever buy another Canwood product.
