This was a little tricky setting up because it was my first large project. Setting up the second one was cake after I did the first. It looks great, doesn't squeak or anything. I used them for a couple memory foam mattresses. Shipping was fast. The boxes are 60lbs, so have someone help you carry it upstairs or into the house. The packaging was too well packaged. Don't do this without a razor blade. No damage or scratches on my two beds. Pretty solid. Looks expensive. For under bed storage, you have to get a very shallow bin. Will order again if they go bad, which seems to be a long time from now

Oh man - this bed is terrible. DO NOT BUY IT!
First of all, the box it comes in is extremely long and weighs over 100lbs and living on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, it was next to impossible to get up the stairs...and that was with 2 people helping.
Putting it together was fairly easy but the holes were too small and the screws didn't screw in all the way.
One of the side wood pieces was warped and because so, the slats don't fit and the bed falls apart about 3 times a month.
You get what you pay for. The bed is cheap cheap cheap and NOT worth the $ and agony.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Purchased this platform bed for my 2 year old Grand Daughter and if the STANDARD Twin Mattress is place on one side of the platform....there is a 5 inch Gap on the other side (so the Platform part is TOO LARGE). For me this made it unsafe to use for my Grand Daughter....so I had to dis-assembly it....find a very large box and shipped it back for a refund.
Amazon's customer service Rep. Mona was extremely helpful in processing my return and refund.
I will continue to be a Amazon Customer.
