We bought this bed thinking that our daughter would enjoy sleeping in it. This has worked. I found that you might need to stuff some towels between the gap of the mattress and bed frame. My daughter got her foot stuck while playing around
On shipping you will need to keep on top of Ceva (shipper), they will eventually call to set a time to deliver. I ended up driving to their center and picked up the product myself.
