We've had this bunk bed set for a little over a year now. It was fairly simple to figure out how to put it together and I LOVE the stair access to the top bunk. The bed part seems very sturdy. However, the dresser on it is already starting to fall apart (and this after just the usual use of opening drawers to take out clothes every day). The drawers are skewed and will not stay on the runners and the bottoms consistently fall off and we don't even keep many clothes in each drawer. Also, the finish is VERY easily scratched. Only 2 weeks into having this bed the steps were well scratched up just from my daughter climbing up and down. Hence the three star rating.

Very nice bunk bed for the price. The finish is very nice. My boys love it. Everything fit and went together well. With the boys help it took all day. Without them, probably only 3/4 of a day. : ) It arrived via freight and the company doesn't pay for lift gate service, so that was an addition $50. Overall, great set. Was going to purchase another in white for my girl since she wanted one now, but she found another design she liked better.

I placed the order made a mistake on the address. so I called in to change the address,the customer service told me in order to change the address they have to charge me $42 dollars for the paper work wow $$$$$$ ..... by the way th e address is same zip code 5 mins from original address.
the product itself is ok. so double check if you want to place an order with this merchant.
